Privacy Policy
How KORAMP collects, uses, stores, and protects data. A summary of the product privacy policy.
No Accounts, No Passwords
KORAMP does not ask for registration, username, password, email, or phone number. Your public wallet address is your identity in the app.
KORAMP never asks for or stores your private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase. Wallet signatures are used only for verification and are not stored as a profile.
Information We Collect
- Public wallet address and its type (EVM/Solana), order details (asset, network, IDR and crypto amounts, fees, status), blockchain transaction references (tx hash), and technical data for service security such as aggregate security logs and page-view counters (without identity).
- For SELL orders, we store the bank name, account number, and account holder name you enter — used only to process the payout to that account.
- Via the Support feature, we receive the subject, message body, wallet address, and order reference you choose to report.
Wallet and Blockchain Data
When you connect a wallet, the app reads the public address, network, and on-chain data (balances and transaction status) directly from the blockchain/RPC provider. This data is not copied into a user profile in the database.
The list of previously connected wallets and the active wallet choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and can be cleared via your browser's site-data settings.
Public Transaction Ledger
KORAMP shows a global transaction history that anyone can view. What's shown is public and limited: public order/ID, BUY/SELL side, asset, network, status, masked wallet address, blockchain transaction reference, and transaction time.
Account numbers are never shown in full in the public area — at most the last 4 digits. Account holder name and payout amount appear as order context.
Payment Data
QRIS payments are processed by third-party payment infrastructure. KORAMP records the provider order ID, amount, provider, and payment status from server-to-server verification — not from client claims.
KORAMP does not store your card credentials, PIN, or bank credentials. Sensitive payment details are handled by the payment provider under its own policy.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to run the KORAMP service: create and manage transactions, process payments and payouts, verify transaction status, provide customer support, keep the app secure, prevent abuse/fraud, keep the service reliable, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Third Parties
Operating the app involves third-party services: blockchain networks (Solana, Base, BNB Chain) and their RPC providers, third-party IDR payment and bank-payout infrastructure (Xendit), market price sources, the TradingView chart embed, blockchain explorers, and hosting/infrastructure providers. Each is subject to its own privacy policy. KORAMP does not sell user data and does not share data for advertising.
Cookies and Local Storage
KORAMP uses technical storage for the site to function: privacy consent choice, list of connected wallets, and your active wallet choice — all stored locally in the browser, not tracking cookies. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable security steps, including restricting operational access to authorized personnel/systems only, limiting access attempts, and security logging. No system can guarantee absolute security. Order data is kept as long as needed for operations, reconciliation, and applicable legal obligations.
User Rights
You can disconnect your wallet at any time from the wallet panel to stop your session from reading on-chain data, and clear local data via your browser settings.
Reward Program
The KORAMP reward program is a promotional transaction reward — not investment yield, fixed income, interest, or investment return. Rewards are available only when all conditions are met and a claim is successfully processed; transaction activity alone does not guarantee a reward.
Eligibility is computed by the KORAMP backend from qualifying KORAMP orders: only valid, completed KORAMP transactions count. Blockchain activity outside KORAMP and pending/failed/cancelled/incomplete transactions do not count. One order contributes once. Requirements, reward amount (random within a configured range), and reward cycle (e.g. monthly) are set by KORAMP and may change for the next cycle without altering historical claims.
Data processed for rewards is limited to what's needed: wallet address, public KORAMP order IDs, transaction type and status, amount, transaction time, reward cycle, claim status, destination network and wallet, and payout transaction hash. KORAMP does not ask for or store private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases to participate in rewards.
Payout risk: reward delivery depends on network availability, RPC, blockchain confirmations, and your chosen wallet/network compatibility. Claims currently recorded are reservations — reward payout is not yet active; technical validation only runs as a dry-run by the admin without moving funds. If on-chain payout is enabled later: transaction hash/signatures are public, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, network delays or failures can occur, and you are responsible for choosing a compatible wallet/network.
